Welcome! My aim in working with you is to achieve and maintain a sense of balance and vitality.
I offer a natural and holistic approach to healthcare, practising various methods of certified bodywork that includes - reflexology; foot mobilisation therapy; massage therapy and auriculotherapy.
Each treatment I offer is individually tailored to your needs in order to help you feel your best, from addressing specific health and wellness concerns, relieving pain, assisting with post-operative recovery, or to simply enjoy the experience of a deeply relaxing treatment within a safe and nurturing environment.
My private practice, established in 2004, is centrally located in East Melbourne.
I work in close association with specialist surgeons, general practitioners and other allied health practitioners, embracing both modern medicine and traditional / natural therapies to best support your health and wellness goals.
