REFLEXOLOGY

REFLEXOLOGY is a manual therapy that recognises how precise reflex areas on the feet, hands and ears correspond to all the glands, organs and other structures of the body.

The feet, hands and ears are seen as a perfect microcosm of the whole body. By applying specific pressure techniques on these reflex areas, a therapeutic effect occurs in the corresponding area of the body, stimulating the body’s internal healing process and helping to achieve physical and emotional wellbeing.

Reflexology is a holistic non-invasive therapy, complementing other therapies and modern medicine, encouraging the body to help itself in a deeply relaxing way.

How Reflexology can be of benefit to you:

  • Reduces swelling
